How long is Minato's Sage mode time limit?

Who knows. That time he used it, he released it because he knew it was pointless with no arms lol
You have to consider we don't know for how long he was gathering energy.
If he gathered the most he could in an instant (which is most likely what happened since he wasn't meditating like Naruto or claping his hands like Jiraiya) w/o absorbing the maximum amount its possible that in that precise moment he wouldn't last more than a few seconds.
He was also hoping to 1-hit KO Madara so...

It only took Minato a second toenter sage mode, he most likely only gathered enough senjutsu for one attack.

Then just a few pages later he exits sage mode on his own without using any chakra taxing techniques [

] and as he died older than naruto he has had more than enough time to extend his sage mode time limit beyond what naruto initially had

This....he has shown in the Manga to only keep it up for either one attack, or about 15 seconds.

Well, if you count how long it took from the conversation made after Minato's SM was revealed to when Minato was seen again in base, then at least 1 1/2 minutes.(not counting flashback dialog.

No, because he was too busy making Naruto with Kushina and cooking her dinner. It's all speculation on your part. I'm backed up with manga scans.
He does have Perfect TSM but it isn't longer than Naruto's, it hasn't been shown.
Even if it was shorter than Naruto's he has FTG to make full use of it.
