My thoughts exactly. No way will Kishi explicitly state it takes too long to gather energy when he can gather it instantly. Kishi is either sucking, or interpretation is getting harder.

Exactly. I highly doubt Kishi will have Minato do one thing then write the opposite.

Yea....I thought it was somewhere in the middle of the conversation during Madaras speech/FB when Izuna was shown. Where Minato looked very serious.... Though I agree with Kidgamer the overall understanding is that it is not instant.
