Well you do know Minato was an edo tensei so wasn't at full power; Alive Minato> edo Minato in stats. Madara also said Tobirama couldn't access his full power after saying he was once hailed the fastest ninja so being Edo Tensei was the biggest fault for both Tobirama and Minato's attempts with FTG on Madara who had SM sensory and a Rinnegan.
Seeing how Madara praised Sasuke straight comma for him being able to move so well I'd see pretty easy. But thats just my opinion Chapter 657 page 10 on mangapanda.
Well he praised Sasuke's moves for being able to attack efficiently, Madara was blind and only had SM sensory but he also wasn't serious about fighting, he brushed past Naruto, Sai and Sasuke to go about his business. Sasuke's eyes are strong but he lacks the physical speed to react. As Lee told Sasuke in part one, it doesn't matter if you can see the movement, if your body doesn't have the speed to react in time then it's useless. MS Sasuke couldn't reacted to A's lightning armor lvl 2, EMS Sasuke most likely can but A's not as fast as Minato so it would be like how Sasuke was with A, 3 tomoes was said to no being able to read Lightning armor lvl 1, then Sasuke went MS and A went lvl 2 armor. Sasuke might see it but wouldn't have the speed to react.

Well Sasuke needs to have the physical speed to react in time as well, manga pretty much says Speedsters>doujutsus unless the doujutsu user has the speed, experiences, and/or knowledge of the person's fighting style. Madara had SM sensory, Rinnegan, knowledge of how the jutsus works and is used, and know Tobirama's fighting style. Madara seen Minato use FTG a couple times during the war like when he first came and FTG the other Edo Hokages to their area to preform the barrier on the Juubi. Minato's Kunai was at his feet so it wasn't like it was a surprise for him plus Edo's are slower and weaker than when they're alive; prime example is revived Madara shown greater speed feats than Edo Madara.
