[Question] How long do I need to wait...

...till I can ry to pay for Premium again? I used my mom's card, but I put my name on where my mom's should have gone. How long to wait till PayPal forgets about the mistake?

Well the transaction failed I'm guessing, ask your mom to check her bank account online and see if the transaction from paypal posted on there as pending.

If it didn't just try again but this time with the right info.

That's something you must check with your PayPal account. As said above, ask your mother to check her account to see on what point the transaction stands (pending,failed etc).
From what I understand the transaction was never completed so from Narutbase part, you can purchase premium at any moment.

I think the transaction was never completed, because for me, my name got it's glow, 5 minutes after the transaction.

I think it has been said before, ask paypal to see if it can be corrected or not. On our end there is nothing we can do about it.
