Considering spiral zetsu has shown uhh the statue thing and making stabbing mokuton. And Tsunade can break anything piecing through her and tank the statues punches AND it is a smaller size AND she can send the statue falling over AND byakugou lasts for hours and even longer when taking less seriosu damage such as physical hits.

AND she has katsuya to fight the statue as well.. the elemental attacks are the only problem with that size of it, and they look like they can be dodged based on the one panel we see it.

I'm going to say quite a long time two hours or three if she doesn't kill it by then, i'm sure she could. Spiral zetsu < madara. You all are lucky she is low on chakra i bet her and a team mate could bring spiral zetsu down if they were full powered, stretching to say by herself, but to keep the jimmies unrustled.
