Prime Hurizen was said to use all of Konoha's jutsu except KKG and clan jutsu. By hype Prime Hurizen will win but, Prime Hurizen has no feats. It's pointless to even put them up against each other.

Also, we did not get to see Hiruzen's entire arsenal because when he fought against Orochimaru, he was too old and did not possess much chakra. Not to mention that he finally decided to kill Orochimaru when the battle was nearly over. Before that he still loved his student and did not want to harm him.

prime hiruzen is almost all hype but ppl seriously underestimate him now. Before we learned about hashi and madara and whatnot Hiruzen was the God of Shinobi he mastered every jutsu Konoha had to offer. He was an overall OP ass character but now its gotten so bad ppl say prime hiruzen <<< neji like come on guys ur pushing it. But yeah based off of manga hype Prime Hiruzen takes this.
