Shinra tensei can't repel everything. For example, 6-tail Naruto's force power.

OT: Night Gai made itself look to be a final attack, but only because Gai spent so much into his Evening elephant. Say what you will, Sasuke without that Rinnegan has not even the slightest chance. Even 7 gates would prove much for him.

Madara had all that and more. And still was about to lose. Did you see Madara after that kick? Sasuke cant regenerate. Its proven that Gai is the fastest.

Sasuke cannot win, UNLESS his reaction speed is much greater then Madaras which i dont think it is. The fact that sasuke was able to "catch up" to a madara who had already stolen kakashis eye and was about to teleport means nothing since there was no reason for madara to 1 move faster or 2 react.
