Depends but juubito solos itachi very low dif, regular obito with Ms and rinnegan also beats itachi has obito has more stamina. Obito got rid if ameterasu, tsukyomi on a Ms? Lol what and susano isn't doing anything to what it can't hit plus itachi isn't fast with susano so that's not happening. Regular rinnegan/sharnningan solos itachi about mid dif. Double kumai obito isn't as good as rinnegan obito or arguably he can be but still kumai so itachi isn't doing much mid high diff.
