It's a trap question. Same as the Shisui vs Itachi thread yesterday. Kotoamatsukami is the best 1v1 technique. It can be avoided, but Itachi would have to predict it, which would be difficult. KA aside, Itachi wins. With KA it depends, but Danzo has the advantage

Danzo can't even pass susanoo and yata mirror is a shield, doesn't cover 360 degree. It would be similar to ms sasuke's fight, but remember itachi can't run longer than 4 minutes

Every jutsu has a weakness, and itachi's tsukuyomi is as strong as KA so don't go jumping around with your hopes high up man! Also remember its not Shisui who is using it its Danzo.
