Naruto die at this point where Obito had the paper bomb on Naruto covering (Below) the outcome of Narutoverse change.
This is my version
1. Kushina & Minato:Kushina would have put kurama back into her body and still live on.Minato would have finish off Obito (mask guy) because of revenge of Naruto death
2. Neji :Neji would be alive ,and might be well known in Konoha .Neji would end up fighting Sasuke during chunin exam finals
3.Jiraya:Jiraya would be still alive,because he would not need to stay in konoha to babysit/train naruto.Konohamaru might be Jiraya student
4. Nagato would not be defeated so cheap.Itachi ,knowing Nagato missions from the start would have solo him beforehand.
5. Orichimaru :Orichimaru would not be able to take over konoha ,during chunin exam because Hiruzen and Minato would tag team him.
6.Uchiha Clan: The uchiha clan would still be alive since both Hiruzen and Minato would have created a join conclusion to protect them.Itachi might be like an abassador for the uchiha clan.
7.Danzo
anzo might get defeated by Itachi if he found out about Danzo stealing shisui's eyes.
8. Ashura Transmigrant :There will be a high possibly that Killerbee would have been the next transmigrant ,because Naruto was not senju blood line related or match up to the requirements.The only reason why Naruto became a transmigrant of Ashura,because he befriended Kurama,but Killerbee is the only other person that befriended his tailbeast and was able to utilise it power efficieny .The other tailbeasts would trust killerbee with their chakra (since killerbee bloodline already have large chakra reserve.For example Raikage)
9.Tsunade would not be Hokage,Kakashi would be the early pick,if Minato give up.
10.Itachi: If Itachi was send to spy on the akatsuki during this version,then he would kill Nagato before he made an attempt to destroy konoha.
11.Jugo:Jugo might have been a better suitable host for Orichimaru since Orichimaru have an understanding of his genetic and he already Jugo's gene unto himself.
12 Team Taka :Karin would still be the prison guard.Sugetsu would still be in the lab for testing.
13 Hinata would marry Neji to keep the Hguya clan royal title ,since they have royal blood line within the clan
