looks to me like the top panel is of Madara looking through a hole in a leaf at the village .
(after he joined the village with Hashi and Tobirama)

middle panels are of Itachi's Amateratsu after his fight with Sasuke.

bottom panel is Tobi .... just looking... through the hole in his mask.

idk , but you draw an assumption that Madara really has Amateratsu and that Madara really is Tobi. ^_^
OR You could see the leaves burning through the holes in Amateratsu and Madara's eye is black
and Tobi all look like black holes and that the Leaf or shinobi world is gonna be sucked up into a black hole. <.<
Its not really ironic and there is no irony here I suppose. >.>

Madara looks through the hole at the Leaf, Tobi is looking through the hole in his mask so he's seeing destruction I guess?

For people who didn't understand:

It's based on the theory ''Madara has Amaterasu''. Right?

So he looks at it (Konoha) with his eyes, and accidentally uses Amaterasu. The place starts to burn rapidly and later on Konoha is dusts. The last picture I'm not so sure, but it may be based on the theory ''Tobi is Madara Uchiha''. Then that means that he burned the leaf and his eye, and this is why he wears a mask without showing his eye. He has no eye.
