Sasuke will do some crazy shit to defeat Kaguya-hime and this will cause a giant rift between Naruto and him.
First off, there are now only 4 surviving conscious human left and that is Team 7 (Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi, and Sakura)
1) Kaguya-hime will give her flashback backstory, then proceeds to destroy everything with Team 7 on the verge of defeat
2) Next, she one shots Kakashi with a burst that erases him from existence leaving only 3 survivors left
3) Then, Sasuke activates his true Rinnegan powers as shown here:
and that is the power to warp time. Sasuke's Rinnegan is a time shift power.
4) Sasuke freezes time (but leaves Naruto unfrozen) for a limited duration before cooldown. Then the Otsutsuki brother steps into the frozen time dimension and proceeds to explain everything to Sasuke/Naruto of how they defeated their mother.
5) On the moon where Kaguya-hime was originally immobilized, lies a powerful artifact that kept her sealed and frozen
6) However the only person who had access to that artifact was....
7) Itachi's Susanoo was the only one who could retrieve the Sword of Totsuka and Yata Mirror
8) Considering that Sasuke now knows how to defeat Kaguya-hime, and that they need Itachi to save this manga once and for alls. With no other options, no other choices, he......
9) Edo tensei Sakura and revives Itachi since she's the last human alive
10) Naruto is mad as balls but Sasuke freezes time again (but leaves Itachi unfrozen instead of Naruto) and explains everything to Itachi
11) With the now transferred artifacts, Sasuke+Itachi seals Kaguya-hime once again
12) Time unfreezes, and realizing everything Naruto gets into a fit of anger and fights Sasuke. Itachi tries to stop them but Naruto is on Rikudo+ level so the fight is too ****ing intense for Itachi to do anything meaningful
13) After a few more chapters, Naruto finally has the upper hand and defeats Sasuke.
14) Realizing the damage Sasuke has done to this world and how the Zetsu transformation cannot be undone and that everyone is practically dead, he activates his last Rinnegan power: time travel
15) Before Naruto can do anything, Sasuke sent Naruto 2000 years back in time
