kakashi would feel like he tooked his friend and caused him his pain so he would listen to obito and join tobi and kabuto, now knowing edo obito would have brought him back to kabuto and kabuto would have fought with kakashi and killed him and then revive him with edo kakashi so that obito and kakashi would be together and mess up guy and naruto mind and help win the war.

so in a way obito would have been a good edo so why didn't kabuto resurrect him since kabuto was looking for edo's like obito to mess with the mind.

Shin was revived. He literally had no techniques and fought with a tanto. That's it. He died at 13 from an unknown illness and never even made it into the anbu. He was more useless than even a failure uchiha.
