As we can see, kaguya have already separated sasuke and naruto. Now i think Kaguya will go after Naruto first.
So we get a match of kaguya vs Naruto .
Even when naruto is alone, kaguya is still finding it difficult to capture naruto without killing him. Kaguya then plays a dirty trick and targets kakashi and sakura. Naruto DIES in order to protect kakashi and sakura and he gets a heroic death.
Obito is gone to find sasuke meanwhile as advised by naruto. Obito uses his double kamui and finds sasuke and brings sasuke back to naruto's dimension.Just as soon as they arrive, kaguya deals the final blow on naruto and sasuke quickly rushes to naruto.(this will be a similar scene(yet different in its own way) to what happen when obito was going to rescue rin)
Naruto says some emotional words to sasuke and dies in the arms of Sasuke.Sasuke is horrified after this incident and he is in an immense rage.
Tobirama said that when uchiha see their loved ones die, they become stronger(and evil). Same thing will happen to sasuke and he will unlock a new power up (i will leave it to reader's imagination,what power will it be).
Sasuke (after getting the power up) goes HAM on kaguya and solos her. It will be very long and very close match but sasuke somehow defeats her and immobilize her.
Meanwhile, sakura is crying because of naruto's death and she uses that technique (which granny chiyo used to save gaara) to bring back naruto back to life in place of her own life. It will be revealed she has been storing chakra in her forehead ever since she used it last time and she uses all that chakra (as that technique requires a ton of chakra) .
Sakura dies and in his place, naruto comes back
Now both sasuke and naruto use their sealing jutsu and seal kaguya.
But STORY DOES NOT END HERE.
Tobirama also told us that they become evil after experiencing such pain.
This is what is gonna happen to sasuke. He will become EVIL again. And the only one to stop him is NARUTO.
Obito quickly teleports sealed kaguya body,dead sakura body and kakashi to the earth.
He remembers what happened to him when he saw rin die and he see same thing happen to sasuke.
Now Naruto and Sasuke are left in an entire new dimension to fight it out and see who wins in the end.[ i will also leave it to reader's imagination to decide who wins]
When Obito reaches back to the earth,he uses another jutsu on sealed kaguya's body and revives madara back to life.(much like how sasuke revived orochimaru from kabuto). We know that kaguya simply took over madara and there was still some essence of madara in kaguya's body.
Madara after getting back stabbed by BZ and watching sasuke from within kaguya, keeps his faith in sasuke and undo Infinite tsukiyomi But madara is unable to do so....!

i think juubi will take over madara and will be revealed as the final villain but it is just a wild guess.
I think in the end, after sasuke and naruto fights, they will have to fight the juubi.
And we will get a legit juubi vs sasuke + naruto battle in which sasuke will represent hagoromo and naruto will represent hamura.
They will both defeat juubi, hagoromo(who was in some other dimension) will have tears in his eyes watching them fight and he will remember how he and hamura fought the juubi.
He will be satisfied and happy with his decision of trusting both sasuke and naruto and will Die in peace.
