How Kaguya should have been Introduced

I think we should've had a final battle between Naruto n sasuke vs Madara with both teams at their prime.. then after madara got weaken by sasuke and Naruto this is when black zetzu should've interfered it would made more sense.. taking out weak madara. taking him out in his prime was BS. Anyways I feel like kishi revealed too less about kaguya. who could've been an awesome villain 20 chapters does not make a great villain. She came and got sealed poor written to be honest,

Yeah I actually theorized it would happen that way a while back so I like the idea, (also would have been nice if Kaguya gradually took over from the inside instead of utilizing BZ) it still would have been bad if Kaguya was still handled the same.

Agreed; there was never a real "Fight" against Juubi Jin Madara. It was a drawn-out cluster**** of ninjas feebly trying to hold him off until Naruto/Sasuke returned with their power-ups, and then neither side really had a chance to go all-out before Madara was backstabbed. Madara deserved to go out with a "bang", not a fizzle.

Also, Kaguya needed far more development. It would have been good to get some flashbacks to see her perspective (why she was driven to eat the fruit, what caused her to succumb to lust for power, etc.). Kishi has admitted, in interviews, that he was given a strict time limit, roughly around that time, and that he was forced to wrap up his manga sooner than expected.. so Kaguya appears to be the rushed result.

Not really poor written, but he was just trying to get everything done with the amount of time he had left with. He did what he could. And i actually liked the kaguya fight too, but i was really caught off guard with black zetsu beating madara that easily

Honestly, I get that you're a Madara fan but I don't know why people think Madara was just about to bust out his guns...he had literally 20 chapters of fight time to show off his powers & solo everybody. He killed Naruto & Sasuke, got battered up by Guy and defeated by Obito, Sasuke, Naruto & ultimately BZ. He was clearly coming undone by the time that Team 7 charged him visually and narratively...he was even showing caution & vocal weakness.

There was no big upcoming fight that got interrupted...Madara was at the end of his run, who would've won? No clue, but he definitely had no more to do. BZ just took over the defeat.

The whole point was that neither Naruto or Sasuke were able to take Madara down in his prime.

Only Plot Combination Asspull No Jutsu could.

He was simply just to OP for them. .....even though i see your point; they couldnt do it. And remember... with Madara at his prime Sasuke would not have access to the Bijuu which would mean no Indras Arrow. Again Only Plot Combination Asspull No Jutsu was able to defeat him (Madara)...

Naruto and sasuke should have had an awesome battle against madara until they all were destroyed and all weakened, thats when black zetsu shouldve transformed Madara into Kaguya, or Rather Madara let Himself be transformed into Kaguya with an evil smile telling Naruto and Sasuke they would never win.

Interestingly Kaguya was introduced as the Juubi in the Five Kage Summit Arc. Of course, we all thought the Juubi was a mindless monster and not Kaguya herself at that time. I think the Juubi was a mask for Kaguya's true identity just like how Tobi was a mask for Obito's identity.

I've read your analysis of this relationship before, and this was likely Kishi's intent. However, as a reader, I wasn't looking for an alternate identity, so the anticipation of the reveal wasn't adequately set up. For me, her character just meant another 10 chapters in what was starting to feel like a rapid succession of villains.
