How Kaguya knew the real Naruto but could not before?

This chapter show that Kaguya knew the real Naruto from the clone but she could not detect him while she was using the death bone jutsu

Her comment saying "both ashuras transmigrant" is her saying "ah, i see. Both of them were naruto"

She cannot tell him from his clones since his tech makes it appear that hes duplicated himself/split as opposed to disguise something as him/herself.

The wierd thing is how his clone managed to copy the exact chakra signiture as saukes.

Itd be hard to tell narutos clones to the real one since theyre the same person but narutos chakra and sasukes chakra is different composure.

She was focused and didn't give enough time to detect chakra well because she got convinced the one on her right is Sasuke despite his chakra feels more like Ashura, while also sensing while convinced she felt Sasuke transformed Naruto had more chakra than the one on her left.

She felt something was a bit fishy, and when Naruto revealed himself she got a confirmation that neither were Sasuke. And the one with more chakra is obviously the real one.

Possibly Naruto's clone is on a higher level than Mokuton's clone, now that he has Rikudo's chakra. It was never said that Byakugan can see through Mokuton clones, besides Sharingan (when activated) so yeah, she's probably confused because she mentioned "both of Ashura's"
