I see naruto and/or sasuke getting another powerup. Naruto may get a pseudo byakugan to increase his already RIDICULOUS sensory abilities.
Naruto in sage mode can detect everyones chakra within like 1-2 miles
Naruto in Nine Tails Chakra Mode can detect people with Ill intentions (I.E. Killing Intent, etc.)
Naruto in Shinjutsu Mode can detect invisible people along with the life force of others

Naruto is the best sensor thus far, or atleast upthere with tobirama.

I think they know something we have not seen yet. I mean the sage must have predicted that. He might have told them something to meet his brother (it appears has a bigger role later - kishi did not introduced him randomly) . Then they will both get a power up again, maybe. With these new powers they MIGHT be able to seal him.
I can also see Kishi bringing the Sages brother back to live again.

I think Obito's eyes are going to play a role...otherwise he wouldnt be in the story anymore..maybe kakashi gonna transplant them both..since óbito is dead...and new power up is coming...or maybe transplant to naruto but that's unlikely to happen.

Another theory is Naruto and Sasuke fusion just like dragonball lol..
