[Theory] How Kaguya Became the Reaper

Hagoromo stated that Kaguya continued to use her power even after the war ,she eventually used the Infinite Tsukuyomi . Since she was feared as a demon , she must've oppressed people with her power until someone stopped her .

I suspect it was Hagoromo and his brother who stopped her . However his brother must've died during the battle . In a last attempt to to save the world from his mother's tyranny , he used a sealing jutsu that extracts the life force of a person and seals it away . This was to be known as the Dead Demon Consuming Seal .

He must've later developed a Catalyst for the jutsu using the Uchiha Stone Tablet . He must've also entrusted Ashura with all the secrets of the jutsu and Ashura must've given them to the Uzumaki clan.

Nice theory, that makes sense why Orochimaru had to wear the mask in front of the tablet.

Yours is much more elaborated on however. Good going. I agree, she may have killed his brother and Hagoromo killed her and sealed her soul away in the form of that demon before giving the jutsu to the Uzumakis to hide away.

Hard to say. I support those Kaguya is the Reaper theories but there is still the hindrance that from the Sage's own words she was far beyond even the power of the Shinju after eating the fruit.
Her untold origins let me assume she was either a demon or goddess all along and devoured a great part of the power of another godly being (the Shinju) to increase her own power.
You could even further speculate then that the two brothers are the sons of the god tree and the fruit did in fact impregnate Kaguya.

Maybe in the end she saw her own wrongdoings and decided to live eternity as cursed being?

This is actually very plausible. And it would confirm that the Sage's brother is the Uzumaki ancestor.
