Ok first of ive always figured Kabuto to be a genius above anyone else level. Although hes weird AF............. But im guessing he's showing us that "Secret Jutsu" -----> dragonsagemode and may i say my mouth has dropped......... but like prevous sage mode those perfect and unperfect theres always draw back from time intervals, to chakra control........ sooo wats kabuto's draw back??? i mean how much chakra can a person have to control edo's fight to uchiha and balance their reserves equally with nature???......the answer to the title question is there is no defeating this bastard unless you kill him with Amaterasu which he could probally dodge because of his high sense of narture............
