This is just something that came into mind when watching the pain arc again​

So.... like he did with that low level shinobi in amegakure, he could've just turned them into frogs?
I mean like.... its the new 1-shotting of the narutoverse.

Please don't say itachi soloes in the comments below.
Thoughts ?


EDIT: For everyone saying not all of the paths have a chakra absorbing technique, that's a way different thing. I'm talking about turning people into frogs, not letting them absorb your sage mode chakra and let them turn into stone.

He turns them into frogs with a jutsu, he wasnt in sage mode. im not the stupid one here.
And the absorption of sage mode chakra only turns you into stone if you cant control it.

You know, I thought about this move the other day. That move is too OP, I'm willing to bet J-man has to restrict his enemy first and maybe even have to have in a frog's stomach to pull off the technique. It's too OP to just be able to touch someone and make it them into a frog

Pain is known for his evasiveness. One of them can literally propel you backwards making him untouchable and another is invisible. Add in some missiles, jutsu absorption and immortal summons then...I disagree.

There is no way with Jiraiya's movepool that he stood a chance against them. He only managed to defeat one with a surprise last ditch hit at the end.
