In my opinion its pretty clear Tsunade is going to die so Naruto can become Hokage...
then Naruto is going offer the position of Hokage to Sasuke if he come back to the village
And Sasuke would probably have Naruto fight him, If Naruto wins he would come back.

What do you guys think is going to happen?

Nope I dont think that is going to happen at all Tsunade does not have to die for Naruto to become Hokage

But really though she still has the mark on her forehead so she's not completely gone yet

i personally think the hokage title will go back to kakashi like it was supposed to beforehand. i think that the story will be left open to an extent. by that i mean, i dont think sasuke it gonna return to the village. i also dont think naruto will give up on him. sakura will take the role of the best medical-nin/academy teacher. i just personally think there is more out there for naruto to learn and master. especially as the child of prophecy, he wont stay in one spot.

I don't want her dead, but I think would be much more intense if she died haha
Also, Naruto opening spot for Sasuke as Hokage would pretty much solve everything if this conversation with the previous Hokage convinces him destroying the leaf is not a way to go...
