Kakashi was put under Itachi's genjutsu via eye contact. So, that's all the information Iruka would know. He doesn't know that eye contact isn't needed to start the genjutsu. And Iruka has no feats that allow him to sense Genjutsu before it happens. He barely has any feats at all.

Amaterasu doesn't have a range limit, first of all. He can shoot down Deidara easily, or Totsuka blade can extend itself up there and seal deidara. Iruka couldn't even bind Naruto with his KCM, so it is definitely not binding a massive susanoo, especially when Yata mirror reflects the ninjutsu back onto Iruka. Konohamaru has no multiple rasengan feats, that's ****ing fanfic. Kage Bunshin is a banned technique for a reason, it consumes too much chakra even to make 1 clone, let alone several doze, plus rasengans for each. Joki boy ain't absorbing no amaterasu. He's fast, but he's not Ay. He doesn't have the reaction feats to dodge Amaterasu.
