In that form Ichigo takes this. I doubt Susano and Yata mirrior would be able to tank continuous Getsuga Tensho attacks(it's not like Itachi has the stamina to use it that long as well), especially at Dangai Ichigo's level, who is still the strongest character in bleach(so far). Also since Ichigo can fly, he would be out of Itachi's range for Totsuka blade and not to mention his flash step is pretty damn fast and Totsuka hasn't shown any feats of hitting rapid moving targets.

Ichigo's flash step is insanely quick though, its practically pseudo teleportation, so catching him with Amaterasu would be very difficult, idk how much it would effect him to since he has tanked city busting attacks and Kido that warps space and time from Aizen.

Also not to mention he can fly lol which would help him to stay out of range.
