-Madara defeats and seals Hashirama, and the Hashi clones, and he dies to buy the alliance an opening
-Tobirama and Minato are taken out by Obito, after Orochimaru overwrites their personalities
-Bee is consumed by the tree. He dies.
-Sasuke fights Obito, gets trounced and then is given power by Madara. Madara is stopped by Obito. After his trump card fails, he is sealed along with the other Edo Tensei.
-Shikamaru is healed, he becomes Hokage advisor after the war. He is forever unable to use ninjutsu.0 Guy dies after going 8 gates.
-BM+SM Naruto fight Obito and they are on pretty even terms. Eventually Naruto runs out of chakra and is fatally wounded. Obito presumes Naruto to be dead, and starts killing off the alliance members that are resisting him. Things look hopeless. Obito slaughters Minato and Tobirama. Sasuke speaks with Madara, and convinces him to lend him power.
-Powered-up Sasuke fights Obito, using the Sage Mode that Madara gives him. Madara watches at first, but intervenes eventually. In the meantime, Hashirama is defeated by Madara. Orochimaru makes his power play, and is quickly killed, this time for good.
Naruto weakens Obito, and is about to defeat him when Infinite Tsukuyomi is cast. We get a few weeks of stuff in the illusion universe, mostly Naruto and Sasuke in an alternate trippy reality. Kakashi comes out and gets a cheap shot in on Obito, allowing him to break Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura out of the genjutsu. When they wake up, the 3 see their teacher dead at their feet. Kakashi dies, and is not revived.
Naruto and Sasuke team up to take down Obito, then 2 years later battle for the title of Hokage. It's implied Naruto wins, but the fight takes place mostly on friendly terms.
