How was/is your education in secondary school and college and how has it affected your life so far?
I graduated high school a while back 2011? I dropped out of college about a year ago. Hasn't affected my life positively nor negatively all I can say is I have more time for work and to enjoy myself

What mistakes have you made that an anverage person like me may make?
Trusting people

Are you happy with life currently?
Yes and no, I'm not happy with my job currently looking for one with a better salary, other than that I'm ok. I have a house over my head, a car, a job, and a family that I get to see everyday.

How have you changed from your mid/lateish teenage years to now?
I stopped caring what people outside of my home think about me, and learned to respect myself. I've also learned that life hits fast after high school so enjoy it while you can. Outside of your family your all alone in the real world, people will lie to you and take advantage of you to get what they want.

Also how smart are you ( not book smart) logic, naturally smart, sharp and how has it helped you in life.
I can't say, I consider myself smart because I have trust issues which is good to have because out in the real world people can wear whatever face they wish to have. I don't start drama with people over silly things. For example, if someone spills coffee on your clean NIKEs accidentally, don't curse them out and try to fight them. There is 24 hours in the day that you will never get back, don't waste it on something as foolish as that. Materialistic valuables are replaceable, time spent bickering for them is not. Take note of what I'm about to quote "Time is what we want most, but what we use worst"

Hey, this is HaterFtw, I am making a serious thread for once with no trolling. Anyway, if the members are the age they say they are, t most are 2-5 years older than me.

I have a few questions I want answered by you guys who probably have more life experience than me, I think the best way to learn is through mistakes ... but the mistakes don't have to be mine.

Okay here are the questions

What is your age?

How was/is your education in secondary school and college and how has it affected your life so far?

What mistakes have you made that an anverage person like me may make?

Are you happy with life currently?

How have you changed from your mid/lateish teenage years to now?

Also how smart are you ( not book smart) logic, naturally smart, sharp and how has it helped you in life.

The longer the answer the more I will read it in detail, I am being serious right now and will read all honest answers letter by letter. I need to know.

1. I'm 20.

2. Nothing that happens in school should transfer into your everyday life nor affect your future.

3. I've made a lot of mistakes. The only mistake I regret is my suicide attempt. My mistakes made me who I am today. Just remember when things get hard it's never worth losing yourself over. Somebody somewhere cares about you.

4. I'm not 100% happy with the situation I'm in but I'm happy with myself, my son, and my wonderful support system.

5. I've had my ups and downs. I'm a single mom just trying to make it for myself and my son. Since my teen years I have learned that self confidence and self love come from within yourself. No one can make you feel good about yourself if you don't already. No one can love you like you love you. I've learned to be honest in everything even if it hurts. I've learned to give people chances but to never place my trust in someone who has done nothing to deserve it. Forgive others no matter how bad they hurt you. You don't need that weight on your shoulders and you don't need that poison in your heart. Forgiving doesn't mean trusting the person that hurt you and it doesn't mean you have to invite them back into your life. Never forget what they did to hurt you in the first place but don't let it weigh on your mind either. Remove all bitterness and negativity from your life, all it does is bring you down. Just love yourself and do what you need to do to be happy.

6. I like to think I'm logical and smart but in reality I'm probably pretty average.

Well,I learned reading and writing in school. I once switched school thinking one I was in was shitty and made me dumb but in the end I learned did not make me any smarter. It is individual effort and how you make use of opportunities. I realized I sucked at mathematics in primary school. I could not get an A and I continued to suck at it. It affected a great deal since I thought of pursuing a career in technology and any exams that involve mathematics is a big demon standing in my path. I learned more from watching hour long documentaries, movies and Internet than school. Introduction to technology, access to information was the thing that changed my life and affected my perspective and better understand the world around me,it is a great thing when you live in a third world shithole.

What mistakes have you made that an anverage person like me may make?
There is a time in life when you have to make serious decisions by overlooking what you can do, people may say that only sky is the limit but until you realize it is too late.
Are you happy with life currently?
I am not content

My classmates and teachers and lectures have always considered me smart, that smartness helped me to get an average score without efforts so I could learn other stuffs which many consider useless. May be because of that I never had a motivation to outshine others so that is also a disadvantage. My parents and people I am close considered me dumb, sluggish. I dnt talk to people unless they talk to me or are my friends already. My mom thinks I am straight out autist kind of person because of this. Lack of socializing skills are a problem . I cant get things done when things done easily when it involves people, like government officials.

What is your age?
22, 23 in december.
How was/is your education in secondary school and college and how has it affected your life so far?
It's nice. I've gotten to know a lot of people and college/uni forces one to mature a bit.
What mistakes have you made that an anverage person like me may make?
Hmm, not caring about education. In senior high school I didn't care at all and it was hard for me to get to a school after that. Glad I managed. :|
Are you happy with life currently?
Maybe, I have quite a problematic family so I can pretty much never think about my self only.
How have you changed from your mid/lateish teenage years to now?
I've become more mature and more chill. I could say that I've gotten more hotheaded as well though.
Also how smart are you ( not book smart) logic, naturally smart, sharp and how has it helped you in life.
I'd say that I'm actually quite sharp. I'd say it only causes distress, as I count my ability to read emotions carefully in the smartness category. Also a certain type of behavior comes with this.

I have absolutely no idea what I'm talking about. :|

How was/is your education in secondary school and college and how has it affected your life so far

I had a good education and have completed up to A-Level. Came out with mostly As and a couple of A*s; has had minimal impact on life after school, but that's because I chose to be an entrepreneur and stock trader so I essentially was self-employed.

What mistakes have you made that an anverage person like me may make?

Been a bit careless and lackadaisical when it came to truly seeking out my calling. So never walk into anything without doing your research and take an active interest in your future, think carefully about what you want to be. Go out and explore if you don't really know what you want.

Are you happy with life currently?

Money has tighter recently, but I'm hardly poor so I can't complain.

How have you changed from your mid/lateish teenage years to now?

In some ways, yes. I'm constantly maturing and learning about myself and the world around me but that's just natural progression. It's especially important for some teenagers to remember that not knowing who you are yet is perfectly normal, and that they should learn to appreciate the qualities of themselves that they already recognise/recognised by others. Learning about yourself comes bit by bit, in time with new experiences. There are elements of myself that remain from my teenage years, but they're more balanced nowadays.

Also how smart are you ( not book smart) logic, naturally smart, sharp and how has it helped you in life.

Forgive my lack of humility, but very. People, the world and everything within - I'm very aware and have a great natural understanding. Naturally very good at reading people and very empathetic and because I "know" people so easily, I can lie very effectively. All this has helped me quite some in life, since it allows me to monopolise situations and people and recognise every advantage in life.

I feel like I'm pretty smart but I feel misunderstood by the people around me for the most part.
