[Discussion] How is your father-son/father-daughter relationship like?

I'm really close to my dad. I can talk to him about anything, he's not that cool but he's the perfect kind of father for me!^^

We're cool, we like a lot of the same stuff. We can talk about anything but we kind of just have an understanding with one another. When it comes to my dad, unless we're telling stories or trying to explain things to one another, our conversations are quick to the point.

I was raised primarily by an illegal immigrant who, in 8 years, I spent more time around than I have in almost 19 with my parents. And I'm not even sure if it's close lol.

the last time i saw my father i was like 7 or 8 and it was for 30mins to make him agree to something

Amazing really. My father is extremely embarrassing and old school but I love him and he'll do anything for our family. We have a weird relationship where he assumes things about me all the time but most of the time we make fun of each other and laugh it off.
