how is the KOTE device ammo created?

Im curious as to how the scrolls are created for the KOTE device.

Considering its sealing scrolls is it a sweat shop assembly line of people doing the same jutsu over and over into scrolls? Or do they have a super computer that can replicate / seal scrolls?

Nah jutsu composed of chakra must be sealed in there.

I'm sure jutsu knowledge is shared they probably have ninja who learn and repeat jutsu fro sealing purposes.

My theory: The Scroll is pre-formatted and elementally charged to appear in the shape and element of the jutsu, and the Kote device is what uses those blueprints and actually manipulates the chakra in the scrolls into their planned forms.

In other words, the Kote is a 3D jutsu printer, and the scrolls are the blueprints. Once released/Activated, the scroll pops out and releases the jutsu, after the Kote mechanically did the work of casting the predesigned jutsu.

They process the Junior Shins into flour (previously the Shins copied the jutsus with their sharingans) and then encapsulate them.

The ninjas performed the jutsu or sealed it into the scroll and then the scroll is turned into tiny little scroll using the technology

they make em the same way the normal size scrolls work, just miniaturized
