How is sasuke so strong?

If you've seen the boruto movie, you'd know sasuke has equal physical strength to rikudou bsm naruto. How is this possible? Surely sasuke should be no stronger than base naruto? So ive come up with a list of options of what possibly made him as strong as naruto.
1.senju dna
2. Trained in the gravity dimension
3. Movie exaggerated it
4. Sasuke is just that godly
5. Naruto wasn't in peak physical condition

So what's the verdict?

It was definitely exaggeration from the movie. Hashirama's DNA was altered by Kabuto, so it didn't have the exact effects it had on Madara, so that can't be the answer. The only justification would be something to do with alterations/training done to him by Orochimaru, which I doubt would put him at such a level.

Sasuke is probably just using rikudou chakra. Remember ninjas can use chakra to enhance their body.
Technically naruto should've caused earthquakes and tsunamis from sheer force. Based on his 4 tailed and 3 tailed at least

I guess, he wasn't in full rsm. Well, i don't think some pieces of bijuu chakra will enhance his speed that much though.
