How Is Sasuke On Par With Naruto?

Kishi said that they progress as a pair and each time they both get power ups they are put on par

Naruto - Bijuu Mode
Sasuke - EMS

We still have to see EMS's capabilities but I'm taking the authors word for it and ending it with Naruto = Sasuke (at the moment)

Sasuke is not equal to Naruto, and he wont be until he masters EMS.

There is not a lot known about how much Sasuke has progress with EMS. Thus I can say Sasuke is on par with Naruto. Also to the people who think Naruto is a complete idiot; Naruto makes up his plan as he goes along in the fight and will adjust his plan when needed. He might not be highly intelligent outside of a fight, but when it does come down to a fight he is very intelligent.
