Just because he can summon toads does'nt mean Minato was hinted at having SM,by that logic any summoner ever must have SM since they can summon animals.

It's called Diabolus or Deus ex machina and neither of them are. Minato is a toad summoner, Jiraiya's pupil, a prodigy and a kage. There is more than plenty foreshadowing for it. You not seeing it coming and complaining as a result makes it neither a plot hole nor a deus ex machina.

Then we have Madds AND HIS RIDICULOUS AND ILOGICAL STYLE OF STRENGHT THAT KISHI GAVE HIM.

Is there an exact purpose for your caps? Is it supposed to make you intimidating or give you some sort of chaaarge to challenge people, when they can't even hear you and can read normal text just as easily?

Madara's using his susano'o without his eyes is not a diabolus ex machina. His body is filled with the gidou rods that house the mazou's power, and the zetsus who were in the vicinity at the time were also constructed with the mazo and in possession of both his eyes that likely resonated with him, just like Pein did with his gidou rods in his and his avatars' bodies. He restraining Hashirama with the rods in his chakra points also supports that.
