how is raikiri>chidori?

it's said that raikiris stronger but i dont understand how...

cos kakashi pre-sharingan used chidori, and when he attained the sharingan he changed it to raikiri due to being able to change his direction. so why isnt sasukes chidori, a raikiri if he possesses the 3-tomoe-sharingan?

He just hasnt made the tech strong enough to cut a lightning bolt thats all i got but like i said before just like sasukes ms genjutsu he doesnt have control as great as itachi thats why itachi has tsukiyomi its the same situation here

Kakashi's Raikiri is stronger and faster than the original technique Chidori. It didn't earn the name Raikiri until he cut a lightning bolt with it. But the technique itself is basically just a leveled up version of Chidori due to having better chakra control or something like that.

lighting blade uses more chakra control and speed, its a stronger version of chidori, its an s-rank tech
