It seems to me he's just re-forming black zetsu into the staff...

Perhaps black zetsu and the staff are composed of the same material. I don't know why people are so insistent he's absorbing power from Madara. As some other people have stated: He could just have phased his hand into madara's gut. I don't care how powerful you are, if you have someone fiddling around with your internal organs, you're going to start shaking .

Shouldn't it be obvious that this has to do with black zetsu.. since the blackness (which madara is covered with too) is turning into the staff..

Well don't forget the link between Bijuu and Jin .. It's possible(not probable) that the Kurama in BZ can now sense his intent and is giving him chakara to help Naruto; and I believe it was Kurama that stopped BZ from going to Madara, and also Kurama keeping Obito alive...

Madara's will is basically getting overpowered by obito's. Obito is using the power of BZ & the rinnegan along with hashirama's dna in order to absorb the chakra, & since he alreadly knows how to control onmyoudon, it was simply a matter of using said chakra to create the staff.

So how is it obvious Obito is trans-morphing BZ into a staff? BZ is a "living entity" and also possesses the Kyuubi now ... Also, Where did you come up with "Rikudou black element"? was this in some special Manga that only you received? Cause i"m a fairly avid reader and re_read the entire series every other month or so, and Have Never even seen a mention of Any Black elements pertaining to SO6P...
