In a way Naruto forces his own importance by trying to talk the villian over while Sasuke just does things and doesn't expect anyones recognition. In a sense this forces his feats to be ignored by the masses but Sasuke has just done just as much as Naruto. Now with IT casted only Sasuke has the power to stop it and has saved Team 7 again with his skills. Now Sasuke is even the leader/will lead his team to victory.

The savior is the one who solves the problem completely, Sasuke breaks the Genjutsu then what, somebody else recasts it.

The savior isn't just the one who breaks the IT, its the one who breaks the Cycle of hatred and ends the problem at its roots, and all the good guys have recognized Naruto as the savior, and Naruto is the child of prophecy.

Even Obito noted, that even if they were defeated somebody else will start it all over again, breaking the IT once isn't enough to save the world.

madara is a saviour -> he saved everyone from the harshness of reailty and give themall their wants in exchange for their total obdience

naruto is a saviour -> he has not only once saved everyone from a dier situation

sasuke is a saviour -> he was partially responsible for the defeat of the edo army and saving naruto from IT.
