I am saying if BZ thought Naruto was vulnerable to IT then he'd have suggested Kaguya to use IT before Kaguya herself decided to use it if she thought it could work. The fact that both of them didn't chose to use it means that they knew it won't work on him.

It does and only proves that Sasuke was wrong. BZ's knowledge of the rinnegan and IT far surpasses that of anyone bar Kaguya considering he was able to change the information left by Hagoromo on the stone tablet to activate IT which was per Hago could only be fully deciphered by a rinnegan user.
If he didn't chose to suggest IT despite witnessing Sasuke shield Naruto with his susanoo only proves that Sasuke's knowledge on the subject was lacking and that he was wrong.

If it's apparent that a rokudo being is immune to IT then their should be scans confirming this. Please present them if their are any. Sasuke's immunity is understandable since he has the dojutsu to which BZ attributes the immunity and also the means of blocking the IT. Finally Rokudo Noodles with Kurama got caught in a genjutsu(the last) let alone IT.

The reason Kaguya didn't use the IT is because she's a trash character and Rinnegan Hogaromo would've been immune to it, just as Sasuke was. Kaguya's shitty Byakugan which should have sublime insight couldn't even see through Shadow clones.

So he actually thought that once Madara casted IT it was over, and everyone would be caught in genjutsu, including team 7. And what happened? In the end it was Sasuke who turned out to be immune and saved his team. Not a single mention or a hint indicating that Naruto was also immune, hell the manga actually straight up told us otherwhise. So no, still doesn't make a sense as your pulling that BZ knowledge argument out of your ass, since it doesn't hold together at all.
