I don't understand people who say Manga naruto >>>>>>Anime Naruto.
How in the world looking at pictures of BLACK AND WHITE better than Moving ,voices,ost.colors...etc.even if the animation is shit!
Excluding fillers ofcourse what i mean is the manga chapters animated being worst than the chapters.

See? In the manga Madara was just like this standing and yelling like a maniac while in the anime it was alooot better he jumps like a meteorite.and his voice makes it more funny and exciting
There are aloooooooooooooooooooooot of moments like that but if i want to add them all it will be a GIANT WALL OF TEXT!
EXCLUDING FILLERS!!!!!


Its true they messed up Madara's left eye but it doesn't mean this scene is shit its an error and will be corrected when they release them on DVD

i watch the naruto anime mostly for the fights and OST to feel the emotion in the scenes but if the anime didn't exist id still read the manga, if the manga stopped and the anime went on i wouldn't bother.

OT: Manga is 100% what the author intends to convey to the audience. Sometimes, in anime adaptations, certain liberties are taken that distorts what was originally intended by the author.

Mainly because it is cannon. Anime only receives hate when it contradicts the manga (ignoring animation errors and whatnot), however when the anime doesn't contradict the manga and contradicts people's opinion then they start to ridicule the anime even though they have no manga panels to prove otherwise. I particularly care for the manga over the anime solely because it has no fillers, if the anime had no fillers, contradictions, and excellent animation and whatnot I would watch it over reading the manga. Just my 2 cents on the matter.

I like both but I think mangas are a little better because it shows more detail. Like watch the episode of Naruto when Naruto&Sasuke fought Haku. When Sasuke saved Naruto and got hit with all those needles in the anime it looks alright but in the manga it shows how crazy it really was and it looked better..
I do like watching animes but I find the details better on the mangas. But I do like watching it while eating ^_^

cause the manga is the medium it was meant for... the way the author and artist intended it to be.. it just doesnt come off as good when its animated... if it at least had decent animation and artwork it would be great, but it sucks the big one tbh... everything is slow as **** and they use few fps which makes all the movements so stiff. the OST is awesome though i agree... but they **** up way to many things. as an artist myself(i made my own manga) i prefer the manga by a huge shot U_U

You lose a lot of details from the artwork.

The art in the manga is better, so what if it's black and white? Look at the facial expressions in the manga, then look how shit they are in the anime. The only thing I like about the anime is the fight scenes because they're more fluid and clear, and they usually add bits to them. I will say though, big fights in this anime are a gamble. Sometimes they are animated very well, and other times they look like complete shit.

If this anime was handled like Hunter x Hunter or even Bleach (same studio, but Bleach had way better animation than Naruto) in terms of art and animation then it would be wayyyy better, but sadly, it wasn't.

ever watched inuyasha? it started off as an okay anime....seemed kinda old. then after like episode 80 it got a huge improvement and became awesome as hell. and then in the final act they made yet again a new improvement making it almost like a inuyasha movie(quality wise) imo one of the best animes out there and one of the very few i prefer the anime over the manga, it is very fluid and well done. i wish naruto was like that too, but sadly i guess we have to wait for a remake in some decades i guess..or maybe never

well not really (yet^^) but who knows where my future lies^^ i have a huge story written as well as the chars designed and already made a "pilot". though i must confess i still have a long way to go. but i can relate to the manga atrist himself and his work. i get why it takes him so much time for only one chapter. it took me like 6 months to finish my pilot manga which was like 60 pages.
