How is Madara still Alive? He's basically Missing his Heart, Lung and Kidney and he's still Alive.

This pretty much. He was already shown to regenerate very quickly in the last two pages.

Honestly, I saw multiple threads on how Madara is a goner and will be beaten with ease in the next two chapters...lol

I don't think he will go down any time soon. He is the ultimate antagonist in this manga.
