Because plot, this whole being able to split tentacle thing is bullshit. Why didn't Kurama do the same thing for Naruto then? Bee should've died already

Killer B clearly is an escape artist, he showed that proficiently against Sasuke & Taka, and the 2nd time when he utilized a Kamui/Octo-pot combo with Kakashi against the Juubi.

None of the other Bijuus have shown the ability to splice so why should Kurama even have it? That is what makes Killer B unique as a character. Deal with it.

I believe it was because the Biju wasn't really extracted from him.

When Bee goes beast mode, the biju is essentially free, with the seal broken. That is why he can go beast mode in the first place. The only difference between this and a full revival is that the beast is friendly with Bee.

So since he was in full beast mode, he simply transferred Bee to the tentacle and was subsequently sucked up by Madara. It wasn't an actual extraction like Naruto's, who never mastered full Beast mode. Rather, it was simply sucking up a free beast.

as well as the tentacle thing, samehada was still full of hachibi chakra, so he wouldnt have died, like he would have even if he still hid in a tentacle.
