- Suiton
- Doton

And a/c to anime,
- Katon

He's never used
- Fuuton


And any High level Shinobi may have more than one affinity.
And since he's Kakashi, he has 4...

False. Kakashi has used fire style. But you are right
To say that he has never used wind style.

Kakashi-sensei has never used Wind or Fire Style in canon. In the anime he can use Fire Style, which is weird because he has a mask, but that doesn't really count to most people.

He can use the other 3 natures because he has good affinity with them and he has copied jutsu of them with his Sharingan eye.

We never saw him use fuuton...he used katon only in anime(though i guess he could actually use it...)
its because of the sharingan. As long as the techniques are not so difficult and dont need special chakra training(like rasengan) he can copy them. Also no kkg.
