How is Izuna Top 10?

From all the lists people are making they are putting Izuna in top 5 or top 10, but I don't understand why they are doing that. We don't know any of his feats or accomplishments. However, we do know that he trained with Madara and that makes him extremely strong, I believe that we don't know enough about him to make him top 10 yet. Can you guys please explain to me why he is top 10 material

I think people expect him to be strong because it kinda is;

madara = hashirama
izuna = tobirama

people see tobirama as quite powerful so expect izuna to be strong too.

That would seem about right cuz in the manga Tobirama was the one always fighting with Izuna

But we can't assume they're even because Tobirama cut Izuna down seemingly without injuries.

probably izuna fans put him there but all we know is he had ms trained with madara but thats it so there isnt enough to put him in top 10

Honestly, I feel like Izuna wasn't all that of a ninja. I mean yea sure he was Madara's bro, but skill wise it wasn't up there compared to Madara himself.
