I don't want it to sound like I'm stereotyping, but there are some characters that gives us the LGBT feel, such as Haku, Zabuza, Orochimaru and even Shizune.

The end-game couples speak volumes as is. I also recall it being implied that Orochimaru is both Mitsuki's mom and dad, if that means anything.

Considering I have not seen Japs hating gays and with all that yaoi shit going on in the mangas, I dnt think a mangaka like kishi would have negative views on LGBT.

Well if you are honest about it, you have to believe it would be looked down upon. Think about it, you are talking about a world that pushes bloodlines and genes because there is/can be great power there, which a gay couple could not achieve. I mean a gay couple can't really contribute to the most important duty of the village which is to have babies ( hopefully with powerful genes) It just stands to reason when you consider the general ninja world mindset, it just doesn't have a place in this world.
