How is the Third Hokage alive after being destroyed by Obito when Minato's arm can't even regenerate?

basic shinobi training, shown to us initially, at its deepest by Kakashi, confirmed by Hiruzen. Obito was not using omyuton when erasing Hiruzen´s half, Hiruzen digged his survival way out of the situation and rescued Naruto.

hiruzen was "killed/damaged" by obito, before he gained control of himself. Minato was damaged by obito, AFTER he regained control, and began useing that technique, that enabled his attacks to permanetly damage edos.

Its a really simple concept, and should be easy to grasp....

Remember that Hashirama and Tobirama got hit (Before Obito gained control of the Juubi). They regenerated meaning that the Jutsu Obito used was not Onmyoton.
Hiruzen also got hit before Obito gained control so logically, he didn't get it by Onmyoton and was able to regenerate.

After Obito gained control he was able to change his Jutsu to include Yin Yang properties capable of nullifying ninjutsu and thats why Minato lost his arm.

Um it's simple. When he attacked Hiruzen, Obito wasn't in his SAGE form, he was still fighting to control the Jubi. When he attacked Minato, that is when he was in his SAGE form. It's the same attack that landed on Tobirama and he recovered.
