If this is about who is the better ninja, then it's hard to say. We haven't seen many adventures with Team 8 as we have with Team 7. Obviously Team 8 does just fine for itself, without a Jonin leader and they all got promoted to chunin over the time skip. Hinata and Sakura's feats during the war speak for themselves.

Lee without using ANY chakra is leagues above Hinata. Using his hard work only. Hinata had the perfect opportunities to become strong, but Kishi decided to make her a weakling repeating Naruto's name over and over again. She is nothing compared to Sakura.
