How is Hamura in the top 10?

He literally has no feats in the manga and yet people still place him in top 10 as 3/4. If he is top 3/4 Then that means Prime Hiruzen has a place in the top 10. -_-

No, you can see the after sasuke and naruto touched kaguya kishi did the parallel thing. With both the brothers. The sage didn't always have yin and yang.

Da fuq? Dude. He didn't get birthed as a 69 year old man. He had a prime when he was young and it was flashed back many times. Obviously he was young at some point and was at his pinnacle of strength to even take down the three sannin.
he just has no feats. That same^ concept can be applied to the Sages brother whom also had flashbacks, but no feat.
