The Wharwhalt is a 5 pointed star with the Silbern in the centre, and the three groups we care about were on three different points. I'm calling Point 1 the one with Ichigo, Point 2 the one with the Gotei 13, and Point 3 the one with Mayuri. Everyone wants to get to the Silbern.
The problem is, people from the Gotei 13 (Point 2) have shown up on point 1 to fight Askin (Yushiro and Urahara). Now Kenpachi is showing up on point 2, having recently been in a healing pod on point 3.
Yushiro had allready shown that Shinigami cant use Shunpo to fly across the gaps, so how the hell have Yushiro, Kenpachi and Urahara all crossed from one point to another? The only way they could do that is if they were to run past the Silbern, and on to the other point? It seems they are more interested in fighting the elites than actually killing Yhwach.
Oh, and it would take some kind of MIRACLE for Yachiru to do something, just like all those other lieutenants.
