probably how its used in pokemon battles.
or you get like a set amount of bars and based on the rank of jutsu it takes a certain amount from the bar.
I don't rp here so Idk... sorry... maybe not used at all. Or in relevance to the manga series.

Read the basic rules and the sticks in the Naruto Battle Arena section and RPG Character Bios section, and you should be able to find more information.
Each technique you use is a certain amount of chakra and you have 700 chakra.^^

The chakra system is used and is there to be used. For a long time no one actually put that much emphasis on it because matches tend to end much sooner than you can run out of chakra. Mistakes or simply death, tends to come first than chakra depletion.
The system is used and has never been removed. Each technique has a chakra cost, each rank gives you a given chakra pool. Each technique that sucessfully happens, decreases your chakra.
