How is Black Zetsu so fast?

Madara's SM enhanced reflexes are so fast, everything else is frozen in comparison. But obviously BZ isn't.

Madara should be able to sense anything and everything. But I guess BZ falls outside of those categories.

Naruto can sense as far as the completely distant limbo dimension. I don't think spider sense can sense to that precision.

Naruto can sense evil intent. I don't know if Madara can do that. Also considering black zetsu came from Madara he can probably mask his chakra by matching it. Coupled with the fact Madara didn't have the slightest inclination to an imminent betrayal it made it easy for black zetsu to surprise him. Madara thought it was his will and why would he willingly ever harm himself
