How is anime monster?

I saw some amv with anime monster about a blonde guy killing people and it was ok.So is it good?

One of my favorites, personally. The Manga is excellent, and I am a fan of Naoki Urasawa.

It's really epic, though it does have a slow pace in the beginning, it's still worth watching.

 

[Shunsin no Shisui]

Yah, it's awesome. Basically a psychological/crime/thriller. I don't know the plot too well, but a Dr(Tenma) makes a decision at the beginning whether to perform a surgery on a little boy who received a deep head gunshot wound or to save the life of a Mayor(the Dr's girlfriend's father). He chooses to save the little boy's life instead and that sets up his destiny for the future since the child he just saves is murderer. It gets pretty intriguing from there.
