Minato will always be the fastest, with the exception of Naruto if he learns Hiraishin, which I doubt. His Shunshin is insanely quick, and this coupled with his immense reflexes and Hiraishin makes HIM near untouchable...

People are jumping to conclusions easily, I think hiraishin would still be faster than just his normal speed, even with the kyuubi's chakra.

Yeah but do you know how fast he throws kunai with perfect aiming accurately? The faster he throws the kunai's the faster he would be able to port faster than he was able to port with kcm but not really porting faster than FTG at the time he throws the kunai but simply a faster start of FTG than his based FTG.
