I don't think that is the actual staff of the Sof6P. It is that same anti-matter Obito has been smacking people with.

The Staff is clearly somekind of a weapon.

But it would be to early to call it a chakra weapon.

Juubis power is not even registered as Chakra - Kurama and Naruto cant even read it - and not even measure it - all that even in incomplete version of Juubi.
