when FTG combine with death god seal it is quite unbalance, he can almost force a draw in any situation if he don't come out with a win.

Still things could go either way but Bee might be able to beat him once he go bijuu mode, it will be difficult for both of them regardless who win.

but Minato could take out bee before that happens though.

That was before Susano'o and his EMS, no generation ninja at that time had surpassed the fourth hokage and no generation ninja now probably surpasses the fourth hokage except maybe Naruto with his OP Bijuu mode.. Don't forget about Sasuke's Mangenkyou Sharingan at the time, he could see through a sneak attack. If Sasuke didn't cut off B's tentacle to save Karin, B would have been captured.

His "flash" is for his movement speed, not attack speed..

If anything, Speed in attacks department, goes to Killer bee, who was able to launch many kenjtusu attacks simultaneously.. so much even sasuke's sharingan couldn't read..

So Minato is the king of reflexes like it or not, Tobi is the purest demonstration of Minato reflexes on battle , and you are gonna tell me that Minato would attack slower than Killer B. Minato just has to be 0.01s a head of B and he transports away without a scratch.

not a minato fan or something but he is very difficult to beat.
he got some weird attacks which will confuse you and before you know the situation you are done for and unlike some hero's he dont waste time talking with villain imo thats his plus point
